Apple Bake!

So, I have been notified, that I have not put up anything in a while. This is mostly because I keep starting new projects, without finishing the other ones. So here is one of these projects, as evidence that I am sill alive and doing things.

This was made as a submission for apple themed art category, in the apple bake competition in my dorm (I also submitted apple tarts)

I was taking notes during math lecture, and this is what my notes look like:

These  notes are not indicative of the lecture's quality, as the lecture was actually quite interesting; this  is just how I (inefficiently) take notes.

Procrastination and Dolls

Welp, I am a master procrastinator: I found someone's tablet to play with, and dedicated a couple of hours to doodling rather than being productive:

Lessons learned:
     Tablets are fun!
     I definitely need more practice.

....Next time I try a tablet, I hope to have something I want to illustrate, and more patience to finish it.

Pastels

I attended an art club meeting, where I was presented with a still life, and a box of pastels.

Playing around with pastels and colors

I rarely use pastels, so it was fun to experiment with them. Although they are a lot messier than pen is, and I had pastel smudges on my forehead on the walk back from the meeting.
